Smart Link Radio Network

Why you should use Smart-Link Radios in your customer's Home or Business!

Smart-Link radios are unique in that there are no radio towers. All signals are passed from one subscriber to another until the signal reaches the central station or our central collection point to be sent to the central station.

Smart-Link network is one of the fastest transmission of any radio network. A typical transmission to our servers takes just 2 to 5 seconds.

Smart-Link fire radios are listed to provide both paths of communications that NFPA requires for a commercial fire alarm system a real savings by comparison of having to pay for two phone lines.

Smart-Link radios are two-way and are able to be programmed and diagnosed over the air from our central location. (Fire zones in fire radios may not be changed over air by code.)

Smart-Link has the largest footprint in New England. The network stretches from Portland Maine to Cape Cod and the Islands south and as far west to West Springfield. We have coverage in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Smart-Link Radio Network is open to all alarm dealers and their subscribers. We do not sell directly to the end user. We use AES two way radios which means that each and every radio installed enhances the strength of the overall network.

Smart-Link is the only radio network that has technicians who go into the field for instructions in proper installation. We now have a new tester that is self-contained or you to test any proposed location so you will know if there is coverage or not before you install the radio or when you are quoting the radio.

Smart-Link is not your competitor. We do not install or sell to the end users.
